Training Needs Analysis

An investment well spent brings you the best return.

Effective training begins with identifying precise learning needs. Training should be relevant to the people receiving it and should address the knowledge, skills and outcomes required by the organisation.

Our approach considers the medium, content and expected outcomes of learning to ensure that they reflect identified needs. Training Needs Analysis helps establish what knowledge and skills are required across an organisation, its teams and individual staff members, as well as among beneficiaries and target audiences.

Our training approach

01

Identify needs

Establish the learning requirements and the challenges to be addressed.

02

Design the course

Develop suitable course content, learning methods and expected outcomes.

03

Deliver training

Provide training aligned with the agreed proposal, venue and dates.

04

Evaluate results

Evaluate training effectiveness in relation to the identified needs.

How we organise assignments

Thoughtful preparation. Relevant expertise.

Following agreement on a proposal, venue and dates, course packs, programmes and relevant information are prepared. Specialist trainers are matched to the subject and needs of the assignment. Trainers are professionally qualified and experienced in their respective areas.

Our aim is to make training relevant, organised and useful to participants and the organisations they represent.
